Common Questions

I forgot my PIN. What do I do?

Use the recovery key you saved when you first set your PIN. Go to the login screen, tap "Forgot PIN?" and enter your recovery key. If you've lost both your PIN and recovery key, your encrypted data cannot be recovered — this is by design to protect your privacy.

I didn't receive my login email.

Check your spam or junk folder. The email comes from noreply@lunarosa.app. If it still hasn't arrived after a few minutes, try again. Magic links expire after 15 minutes.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings in the app and tap "Delete Account." This permanently removes all your data — encrypted health records, login methods, and billing information. This cannot be undone.

Is Lunarosa free?

Yes. Core features — period tracking, predictions, and encryption — are free forever. Premium adds extra features and helps support development.

Can I use Lunarosa on my computer?

Yes. Lunarosa is a web app that works on any device with a browser — phone, tablet, or computer. You can also install it as an app on your home screen.
