Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Last updated: May 10, 2026
Lunarosa does not sell your personal information, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).
We do not exchange your data with data brokers. We do not run advertising campaigns that depend on your behavior. We do not let third parties build profiles of you using data we collect. We make money from optional Premium subscriptions, not from your data.
Exercising the right anyway
Because we do not sell or share, there is no opt-out toggle to flip — but you can confirm our position in writing or have us re-confirm at any time.
To submit a request: email support@lunarosa.app with the subject "DNSH Request". Tell us the email associated with your Lunarosa account so we can verify your identity. We will respond in writing within 15 business days, confirming that we have not and will not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
You can submit a request through an authorized agent. We will require written proof of authorization and verification of your identity.
Global Privacy Control (GPC)
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out — even though we don't sell or share. Practically, this is a no-op for our processing, but the signal is honored as required by California regulations.
Related rights
For other CCPA/CPRA rights — access, deletion, correction, limiting use of sensitive personal information — see the Privacy Policy. To delete your account and all associated data, use Profile → Account → Delete account inside the app, or email support@lunarosa.app.
No discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right. Specifically, we will not deny you the service, charge you a different price, or provide a lower quality of service because you exercised a right.
