Getting started takes less than a minute. Here's everything you need to know.

Create your account

Sign up with your email address. No personal details required — just an email to get started.

Set your PIN

Choose a 6-digit PIN. This generates your personal encryption key — your data is encrypted before it ever leaves your device. Save your recovery key somewhere safe in case you forget your PIN.

Log your cycle

Tap any day to mark it as a period day. Add flow intensity (spotting, light, regular, or heavy) and optional notes. It takes seconds.

Get predictions

After logging two cycles, Lunarosa calculates your average cycle length and predicts your next period and fertile window. The more data you log, the more accurate it gets.
